Celtheath Deliveries

Celtheath deliver bespoke furniture on behalf of manufacturers and retailers. They had a legacy MS-Access database that required enhancements to improve usability, productivity and reliability.

We consulted with the directors and staff on the business practices and used the information to enhance the database;

	Improve the usability of existing forms
	New forms for manipulating and managing the data
	New reports for spotting problems before they happen.
	Delivery and collection notes for drivers.
	Housekeeping for the dataset to improve performance.

We also installed an automated backup system to ensure that their valuable data is protected against file or disc corruption.

We are currently developing an automatic data exchange system to receive orders from their customers without re-entering the data which is time consuming and prone to errors..
